"My room wasn’t made 2 days in a row. I came back with the family after a long day to an uncleared room. Called the front desk and got a robot that actually sent me fresh towels. The second day it happened I went to the front desk and I think the robot was better than the lady who served me. I chose not to use air bnb since i didn’t want to clean the house but with this experience I’m going to go to abnb again. "

"Upon arrival, the front desk clerk, Priyanka, informed me that the hotel had experienced a lightning strike and the computer systems were down and the elevators didn’t work. We were then informed that we were on the 4th floor… When we got to our room the A/C wasn’t working and we thought it was broke until we realized it was just not turned on. Some of the soap and shampoo dispensers weren’t filled up and there wasn’t a closet or microwave available. We understood that the lightning strike was out of their control and they also seemed understaffed. We spelt well and we were glad that the breakfast tasted good at least. However, we probably won’t return to this specific hotel in the future though. "

"This place is amazing for families with kids or if you enjoy indoor Waterparks. When we arrived it did take a little while to get checked in. Once in the front Rosy was very friendly and offered a pass for all of us that was very convenient. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Our room was amazing and very clean."
