"Brand new hotel. Excellent stay experience plan stay there again!"

"Had the main light full of bigs in the first room we tried. Next room just had a few flying around that we had to chase down and kill. Furniture and walls had signs of moisture damage and wear and tear. Fridge had things left ovee from previous guest. Didn't dare to check what they were.Needs updating and cleaning lessons for the staff."

"The hotel is outdated and in poor condition. The room had a noticeable mildew smell, and the bathroom door would not close properly. The walls had chipped paint and clearly need repainting. The bathtub was chipped, the bathroom floors were dirty, and the toilet was nearly unbolted from the floor. Additionally, the soda machine was not functioning properly—the drinks were warm and tasted stale. If it hadn’t been so late when I checked in, I would have canceled my reservation and found another hotel. "

"We really enjoyed our stay, however, we did experience some issues during the check in. They were unable to find my reservation, which resulted in me having to contact two Expedia representatives. In the end, it was resolved, but it was frustrating and if I’m being honest, embarrassing."

"Room was clean, the check in staff was great and friendly. We had no refrigerator in our room which was advertised as having one. The staff on duty thought there was one and when I said there was an empty space where one belonged they weren’t helpful or at all worried that we had items that needed refrigerated. Just said we can get one in there after the weekend. "

"It was a quick stay but the room was nice and clean and had everything we needed. "

"Very nice rooms, breakfast hot and cold items, beds comfy enough, and helpful staff. My only mild complaint, really a sadness, was that the outdoor pool was not open yet. "

"Once we arrived there was constraction outside of the motel with scaffolding on the lower level and windows covered with plastc foil. In the morning constraction/wall painting started at 8am and workers woke us up spraying walls outside and talking. Moreover, once they finished painting they started uncovering the windows from the plastic and looking through the window interrupting our privacy. They didn't even say sorry. The room itself was clean from the bed/sheets point of view but whoever cleaned before us used enormous amount of bleach and the smell was very intense so we had to open the door to het rid of the smell but it as still there. The refrigerator was malfunctioning because was making noises overnight interrupting our sleep. I mentioned all it to the front desk once we checked out but nothing else than sorry was offered. Overall, not happy with the stay at all and do not recommend."
