"Excellent hotel. Amazingly helpful staff members, so friendly. Turn down service daily refilling free mini fridge with soft drinks, milk and waters. Drink on arrival and bottle of wine prior to check out as a thank you. Amenities were everything you could need and all clean and in working order. The location itself is perfect, completely walkable to main attractions (shopping centre, jewish quarter, lots of bars and restaurants) and situated on the main square of the old town, offering incredible views and things to do on your doorstep. Incredible value for money. Would recommend this hotel 100 times over. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this wonderful hotel in Krakow with our family on March 15. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and well-organized. The staff was professional, friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the quality of the amenities. Highly recommend this hotel and we would definitely stay here again!"

"We stayed for 3 nights bed and breakfast at the Balthazar Design Hotel… what a great stay we had.. Location of Hotel is fantastic for making it your base in Krakow, The Castle is literally next door and the main square a 10 minute stroll away. We arrived later than planned due to delay with travel arrangements and arranged breakfast for the next morning to be available on a take away basis as we had a 6am pick up for a tour booked the next morning, it was no issue and was ready and waiting for us a reception. The hotel was definitely up there in terms of quality, lovely rooms with ‘quirky’ but beautiful decor, lovely bathroom and quality Milton Brown bathroom essentials. Super comfortable beds, room safe and nice touch of a welcome drink on arrival in the room. Special shout out to ‘Asia’ who hosted breakfast in the Fiorentina restaurant and the service she provided was excellent, went out of her way to ensure we had everything we wanted. Breakfast was table service and multiple combinable options from omelettes, pancakes, cereals, choice of breads and continental meats and cheeses and all delightfully presented and cooked to order. After a smooth check out, the hotel assisted us with a tour of Krakow by golf buggy , which wanted to do before our evening flight home. Picked up from the hotel and arranged in 10mins!. "Thank you for a great stay, nice comfy beds, plenty of pillows, pillow menu and worth the paying the extra for a larger room. Service was good, staff were super friendly. The location was ideal for ourselves, about a 15-20 minute walk to the centre where the restaurants/bars were located. "

"Room clean, bed and bedding very comfortable. Hire located close to public transport. Lifts were „playing up” a bit but it’s three of them so no „biggy”. Gym adequately equipped (but, let’s face it- just to cover basics - if you’re crossfitter - it will not meet your needs 😄), staff friendly. "
