"Very good location - a short walk to Main Square. Very accessible area for Ubers - Ubers are very cheap and you can get one very easily. The hotel is beautiful and classically decorated. It also smells amazing - very similar to Tobacco Vanille by Tom Ford. A stand out feature has to be the breakfast. Amazing! Also the little cocktail lounge on the lower floor serves a fantastic range of drinks and cocktails and the atmosphere in there is both relaxed and indulgent. Despite being a five star hotel, the prices are still very reasonable. The little spa is a lovely feature too. A nice way to end a day of walking and exploring Krakow. It’s petite but well equipped with a small plunge pool with jacuzzi heads, a Finnish sauna (my favourite part) and luxury showers. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated and the bathrooms have cosmetics from Guerlain. The staff were friendly and courteous and the whole stay was fantastic. We would definitely return to this little hotel. "

"Ezcellent hotel. Super close to the Jewish Quarter and extremely friendly staff. Loved the fact there was a free coffee and water machine to use in the lobby through out. The rooms were spacious and super comfortable. Would stay again."

"We absolutely loved staying at the Balthazar. The location is perfect to explore the city, the room was just beautifully appointed and the staff are so incredibly helpful. We ate at the restaurant and it was just superb. Massive plus all round. Particularly impressive is the traditional breakfast. I normally find hotel breakfast terribly expensive and underwhelming. This was not just well worth the money, but surpassed all expectations. The staff were simply exceptional, just like the hotel. We will be back. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. "
