"The property and hospitality was amazing, as was our family villa. My major concern was employee food handling. We had 3 smoothies made and I happened to be at the bar while they were bejng prepared. I watched our bartender blend them, put a spoon in to taste it, put the spoon in his mouth, and then put the spoon back into our smoothies. Yuck! Aside from that, staff were attentive, lovely and exceeded our expectations. The massage place across the street was also fantastic and priced very well."

"To say I’m very disappointed in this hotel would be an understatement. We arrived at 7pm and entered our room that was supposed to have a cliff view but it was behind buildings with garbage and towers in the way. The room also smelt like mold and mildew, we complained to the front desk and they sent someone up to check, in which he only sprayed air freshener!! After we returned at 10pm to see if we can switch rooms, we waited over an hour to get a proper response from reception and eventually moved to a different room with a pool view. This room also smelt like mold, the toilet and shower are also detached small spaces and not what we expected. The housekeeping also comes at different times throughout the days so very inconsistent, we wanted to rest during the late afternoon and they had to clean our room as we were there. Housekeeping don’t replace the cups, towels, hand wash soap and didn’t take out the garbage. The plumbing is very poor as well, engineers came to fix the temperature as it only stayed boiling hot, the sink drain also got locked into the socket and an engineer also had to come and repair the sink. I cannot believe how awful this hotel is, this was a 2 star motel experience (at best) and I do not recommend wasting your money here."

"We stayed here for seven nights and were left hugely disappointed. The staff are lovely and it's clean.The massage in the spa was superb I went three times. Then we get to the negatives the food is average at best pretty tasteless to say it's meant to be a Michelin chef.Breakfast basic and that's being kina.It you want matcha latte you have to pay extra a first for me. On our second night a family moved next door to our premier pool villa. Kids screaming and shouting in their pool until midnight we couldn't sleep.l went to reception to complain and they went to speak to them three times and they just got louder didn't care. We spoke with the room's manager the next morning after having a sleepless night who spoke with the owner who is the General manager and she declined for us to check out stating kids will be kids. Sorry but | disagree listening to yelling and screaming until midnight and it continued the next night.lt was two families one in a room with no pool congregated into a one bed villa with pool next to us extremely noisy and inconsiderate of other guests.We were offered a choice of two other rooms either next to the main pool or next to the busy main road neither were suitable and extremely noisy. lo me the owner doesn't care about guests wellbeing only counting the pennies. No compensation basically had to grin and bear it and count down to leaving. We would not return nor recommend. "

"Great location. 1/4 block from Main Street in Ao Nang and 1.5 blocks from beach. Shops, restaurants, massages just steps away. Staff friendly. They supply you with bottled water and will replenish, 2 at a time, whenever requested at no charge. They have a weight room and have Pilates and yoga in mornings on certain days. Breakfast buffet excellent. Lattes, fresh fruit, eggs, cereal and many other yummy foods. 2 pools, one on main floor and infinity pool on roof top. Would definitely go back and recommend it. "
