Hotel was ok for the price point so was not expecting too much. They clearly cater for a certain demographic with the food on offer at breakfast and the number of guests from India and China making this obvious. Staff were very good and extremely patient given the hassle they receive from some guests.

Lovely hotel close to the beach. We were on the 7th floor but despite this we found that noise coming from outside was a lot and carried on late at night. They provided halal chicken but unfortunately this is cooked in the same pans as pork which defeats the purpose. Breakfast could be a lot better. The room itself and the view was fantastic. The pool was great and has a slide which is fun. The restaurant food was also really tasty. Staff were also really friendly and helpful.

Absolutely loved this resort. They have a complimentary breakfast buffet that had a lot of options. The pool area is nice, and the mountain view rooms are amazing . Very clean and spacious rooms.

Very good experience overall. Clean and modern hotel, spacious and comfortable rooms, friendly staff and a relaxing atmosphere. Good location, close to Ao Nang beach, restaurants and tour agencies. Great location - close enough to the beach, bars and restaurants without being right in the chaos of the main strip. Good breakfast, very lovely polite staff and a very convenient app to manage room cleaning, requesting water, or booking activities and transport. The pool area was nice and the gym was small but had decent equipment. Would stay here again.

Honestly, the hotel was wonderful and extremely comfortable. The location is very central, and right outside you have many shops, restaurants, and options to explore. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the beach, but it honestly doesn’t feel long at all because you walk past so many shops and lively streets that the walk is actually very enjoyable. The hotel itself is great. The breakfast was delicious, everything was very clean, and the pool was perfect for the heat and sun. The drinks were also very good. We truly loved our stay at this hotel and would recommend it 100%. It’s especially great if you are traveling with family and kids — it feels comfortable and very safe.

This resort had such a beautiful view of the limestone mountains, and I loved that breakfast had so many options for everyone. This resort was also walking distance to the beach and local shops nearby. This was one of my favorite resorts, we will definitely be coming back!

The first room I got smelled very badly of mug! It was so bad, however they changed the room next day after complaining. The rooms, hotel was in general very clean - the workers were extremely nice. The pool was cold - it was very cold for kids to swim, especially when the pool is under shadow all day. I would have given 5 stars if it was heated. The location is fantastic!
