We arrived at 10am and couldn't check in till 3pm. But we had our room by 1pm. Which was also upgraded to a pool access room. There was a little area for children to do painting and bracelet making with a staff member. Pools were really nice with a couple of good water slides and swim up bar. Reception staff were amazing and all remembered my daughters name.

Je suis absolument ravie de mon séjour à l’Ananta Burin Resort à Ao Nang, Krabi. Tout a été parfait ! Le personnel a été aux petits soins, toujours attentif à nos besoins. Ils se sont merveilleusement occupés de mon fils, jouant avec lui et créant un environnement chaleureux. Mon fils était vraiment triste de partir. De plus, l’hôtel est idéalement situé, à proximité de tout, tout en étant dans une rue calme. Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés !

The staff were lovely and helpful, the hotel was spacious and modern. I booked this hotel in Ao Nang mostly for the pool, but was disappointed that it closed so early, so by the time we had been out exploring for the day, the pool was often closed. I also thought the area was a little more chaotic than I was hoping for being situated in a busy touristy area, but it was within walking distance to the beach and shops and restaurants if that's what you're looking for. The closest beach was not the nicest and pretty dirty, but they did have a fire show each night which was fun to watch.

Hotel staff at every friendly. The rooms are a good size (we’re a family of 3). The pools were perfect, one with the flumes and busy a the other was a relaxation pool. It’s well worth paying for breakfast. It has a great selection of food including omelette station , fruits, pastries,Thai food and even ice cream! Great location for the resort and beach (5 min walk)
