Krabi hotel rooms a the Accor Hotels

"I would consider this resort, pretty rundown and old. We had a king suite pool view other than the room being spacious, everything else is not very updated. The ceiling lights did not function, so the room was pretty dark. The mattress and pillows were hard as a rock. There are also no elevators. Seven hours prior to arriving I had requested. We have two twin beds since we had that option. Upon arriving, when we checked in at 6 PM, we were told that our room was not ready so they put us in a king suite 2nd level. Unfortunately, my mother is unable to walk up and down the stairs since there are no elevators so then we were put in another room. The resort itself is very widespread and there are two pools. This is a beachfront access but no lounge chairs available. I think this place is overpriced and I definitely do not consider this a resort. The breakfast was 6/10."

"Staff is amazing very helpful and hard working.my wife and I stayed for 12 nights and will be returning in the future with our children and grandchildren.very handy shuttle service into ao Nang beach and back and area has a couple decent restaurants and bars "

"Clean room and the staff was so friendly and kind! The AC was definitely a little older and had trouble keeping up when it was very hot so we had to shut the windows and blinds and out too. Was older. I hear they have renovated rooms, so I’m sure if you got those that wouldn’t be a problem! Beautiful property well maintained and location was incredible! You can wake up to the sunride on one side and end with the sun set on the other. Breakfast was decent with a nice buffet included! Room service was to be desired for, but lots of places you can walk to nearby! I recommend. They also have three pools which all were maintained and nice! "

"Had four nights in Krabi. Excellent hotel beautifully clean. Breakfast amazing. Infinity pool overlooking the sea amazing views with swim Up bar … what More could you ask for."

"This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we’ve had. The room had a very strong moldy smell that was impossible to ignore and made it uncomfortable to stay in the room for long periods. For a hotel that markets itself as a 5-star property, this is completely unacceptable. Even more concerning was the cleanliness of the bathroom. The shower, bathtub, and toilet were visibly dirty and clearly had not been cleaned to an acceptable standard before our arrival. Hygiene is the most basic expectation in any hotel, and certainly in one claiming a 5-star rating. The overall condition of the hotel feels extremely outdated and poorly maintained. While this property may have deserved a 5-star rating many years ago, today it unfortunately does not even meet the standards of a typical 2-star hotel. We hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the cleanliness and maintenance issues urgently, because the current condition does not match the expectations set by the hotel’s advertised rating."
