"A simple and dependable business hotel. The staff were very friendly and even let me check in a bit early, which I appreciated. The room was clean, though the air felt a little stale when I first arrived. Breakfast is straightforward and gets the job done, and the small public baths were a nice way to relax. The location is very convenient, with plenty of dining options and useful shops close by. Overall, a clean, friendly, and reliable place for a short stay."

"Loved this hotel in the Kitahama neighbourhood of Osaka. Great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance as well as the walks along the River. Very safe. Super cool vibes. Rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean. Staff was very helpful. "
"I had a great stay at APA Hotel Osaka Temmabashi Ekimae. The front desk staff were bilingual, friendly, and made check-in very smooth, which I appreciated as a first-time visitor to Japan. Everyone was polite, professional, and helpful throughout my stay.
The hotel was extremely clean and quiet. The room was compact, as expected in Japan, but well-designed and comfortable. It worked perfectly as a place to rest between exploring Osaka and nearby areas. Everything felt modern, tidy, and easy to settle into.
The location was excellent — only about one block from Temmabashi Station, which made getting around the city fast and simple. The neighborhood was calm and felt very safe, likely because the area feels more business-focused than tourist-heavy. For me, that was a plus. I enjoyed being able to return to a peaceful environment each night while still having quick access to transport and the rest of Osaka. The hotel also accepts major international credit cards, which made payment convenient.
Overall, this was a great stay with reliable service, a clean room, and a quiet but convenient location. I’m including a short Japanese note below so the staff can read my thanks directly. I would stay here again on a future trip to Osaka.

丁寧で親切なご対応ありがとうございました。チェックインもスムーズで、安心して滞在できました。ホテルは清潔で静かで立地も便利でした。おかげさまで快適に過ごせました。また大阪に来る際はぜひ利用したいです。"
"Room was very spacious for the price (and for japan standards) and well laid out. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and clean as well. The bathroom was spacious with a spotless bath and great amenities. We also really appreciated the scents of the main lobby and the magnets to note whether we wanted a full room clean or just new towels."
