"Wonderful! Credits to Hannah and Winnah who were so caring from checkin to our departure! We lost our luggage and they were so caring. Working with the airport staff and asking for updates and when we finally got the luggage back, they were so helpful and checked in with us to make sure we were okay! They also gave us great recommendations on where to buy the essentials when we got there without our luggage and we also wanted to mention the restaurant staff was very attentive as well. "We had the most incredible stay here! Jason and his team really looked after us from start to finish. Our guide Ryan was extremely knowledgable and made such an effort to ensure we saw as much wildlife as possible; we paid a little extra to do the morning cruise which was 100% worth it. We were also very impressed with the food which was made fresh and tasted delicious. Special thanks again to Jason who was the perfect host full of warmth and great advice. We feel very lucky to have stayed here and can’t recommend this place highly enough. "
