On four occasions we had random people enter our room without knocking, which was not okay. Once guy even got cross with us and said we should have locked the door. "Perfectly located for the Sepilok orang utan and Borneo bear sanctuaries! Also the RDC! The hotel is set in a beautiful location and is full of stunning views! The owners were very welcoming and willing to share their passionate stories about the hotel! Breakfast was good - different on both mornings. Tasty and light food to set you up for the days! Dinner was also good - nice menu catering for everyone. The rooms are clean and simple - just how they should be in a rain forest! "
