The apartment is clean and nice. It would have been a lot better if there's WI-FI and cable TV reception. Be aware that there is a the cleaning fee of 65 Ringgit requried to pay in cash.

kk plaza와 imago몰과 가까이에 있어서 정말 좋았구요, 호스트분이 정말 친절하셔서 기분이 좋았어요. 루프탑에 있는 수영장도 깔끔했고 방 또한 넓고 쾌적했습니다. 심지어 부엌까지 있어서 저희는 저녁에 이마고몰 지하 마트에서 장본걸로 간단하게 만들어 먹기도 했답니다. 두번이고 세번이고 추천드려요.

Very cool, reasonable price

It's a residence which is like air bnb. Sabrina, the owner of my room, was really kind. Room condition and interior is really cool. Swimming pool is the best I've ever been. Its price is reasonable. Imago mall is opposite the hotel and it is really convenient, but it's a little bit far from the center of the city. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a reasonable price and clean interior, and nice swimming pool.

이 가격에, 이 수영장에, 이 시설이라니. 호텔처럼 지속적으로 수건을 갈아주고 이런 건 아니지만 가족 단위나 친구들끼리 놀러왔을 때는 이 가격에 이만한 숙소 없을 듯. 심지어 선셋 때 수영장에서 사진 찍으면 인생샷 건질 수 있음. 마지막날 저는 샹그리라 탄중아루 있었는데 수영장 샷은 여기가 훨 잘 나옵니다.

Comfortable stay, friendly and attentive host

The host was very attentive and helpful. The property is very new. By Malaysian standard, it is very good. The WiFi was down in the middle of our stay but the host quickly brought a portable WiFi to our apartment. As it was a weekend, the engineer was only able to come on Monday to fix the problems. The host also provided a lot of information before our trip about local excursions. We decided on one of them and had a great day. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The location was good but Kota Kinabalu is not a very well planned city. They don't think about pedestrian crossing when they build roads. Therefore, even Imago mall is very close, you need to walk half a mile before you find a crossing and you need to walk almost half a mile back to Imago. Fortunately, Grab is very cheap. It costs 4-5 Malaysian ringgits to go to imago.

Beautiful apartment with an amazing rooftop pool

This apartment is in a brand new apartment building, just outside KK city centre (10 mins drive). There are plenty of security guards, so it feels very safe. The only downside is the big main road outside the house - there are no crossings anywhere near so going to the mall, which is just across the road, on foot is a bit inconvenient but once we started using Grab, our life became less difficult:) The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. Spotlessly clean, spacious, with super comfortable bed and lovely bedding. 5-star! The rooftop pool that is accessible to all visitors is brilliant and was never too busy - great loungers were available every time we visited. Amazing sunsets! Sabrina is an amazing host - she communicated very efficiently, always replied within minutes. We stayed at her apartment twice and she was even kind enough to store our luggage for free at her own house in between out stays. She provided excellent service and great value for money. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
