"Room was clean, beds comfortable and aircon excellent But unable to get Wi-Fi in room and nowhere comfortable to sit except on the bed. Pool lovely but no sun loungers. Room was not serviced during our 4 night stay but clean towels were provided on request. Maintenance also came quickly when a curtain pole came down and they also provided a mop at my request because I was frightened of slipping in the wet room. I did not realise when booking that there would not be a separate shower. There...

"Staff was rude to us as she was eating when we checked in. The so called sea view is a huge misrepresentation and the so called jazuzzi bathtub is not in working condition...the room description should be non working jacuzzi and extremely limited sea view with no amenities whatsoever. I would really like Expedia to enforced such irresponsible operator. I wil not recommend this hotel to anyone."
