"Unfortunately, this particular room was very noisy from the main road facing the room. I was unable to have a good sleep throughout my 4-night stay at the hotel. Upon check-in and entering the room, the bathroom had an awful smell which I had to clean it myself. However, the smell from the drainage remain. The shower gel dispenser in the shower was leaking. Nevertheless, the rest of the hotel are nice and clean. The breakfast was good with sufficient varieties from local and western food."
"Second time staying at Artotel Simpang Temu, room was quite spacious and clean. Amenities were quite good, shower and toilet are in excellent condition. The hotel is located next to commuter rail, MRT and airport train station. It does get crowded but the place is still lively even at night.
