"The front desk staff are very helpful and courteous. Some rooms may feel slightly dated but nothing that ever made us question staying there. This is our 3rd family stay at this property in the past 6 months. The pool was warm and clean. The hot tub was just the right temp, maybe a tad hot for me, but others in our family really liked it. Pool towels were plentiful. Breakfast has a good hot and cold option variety and the staff keep everything stocked and clean. The omelets are pretty good as well. The happy hour has been different each time and overall its been definitely worth it if we happen to be at the hotel. Lots of stores and food options nearby and access to downtown Chicago! Highly recommend."

"Room was clean, staff were great and friendly and helpful. Although I didn’t eat at the restaurant the food looked good and it was always busy. I would stay here again if travelling to Chicago. The train station was close by and using the shuttle service was easy and efficient to get to and from the station."

"Our flight was cancelled, along with lots of others, so we made a reservation at this hotel. we arrived at midnight and were told there was no record of our reservation. The hotel had no clean rooms so brought in staff to clean rooms. Upon going up to the desk again and speaking to another clerk, we were told we DID have a reservation but by then we had missed out on one of the ready rooms. Finally got into our room at 2:45 am."

"This has been the worst experience since I have started using this app, tv was old nd not even had internet capability, the door that communicated my room with the next one was sealed with blue masking tape, it did not look like it was cleaned before we got there, Ofers breakfast but not even had coffee, definitely not a good experience"
