Staff was more than helpful and polite. Picked this place for the cost and rating and it didn’t disappoint. Half the price than if I stayed downtown; I ended up driving downtown anyway every day we stayed, just a bit longer drive. Would stay here again.

The room was clean enough, except for what looked like body fluid stains on the wall near the bed and damaged furniture and valance. Staff was a bit lackidasical. The place needs an update on the outdated decor from 1980. I expect more from a Hilton owned hotel.

I always stay here when I visit my friend in the area. It is clean and the area around it has easy access to food and shopping. The staff are always friendly and the breakfast is good too.

The hotel is quiet and clean, and I really loved the location. However, a couple of things need improvement. The front door locks at 11 PM, and the entry cards and “call” button don’t work after that - one night I had to wait outside for 10 minutes until someone let me in. That’s really not okay and needs to be fixed. Also, the breakfast is mediocre.

AC warm temp all the time.

Centra AC was not good, room temp was 80 and 78min. But the room is confortable. The only issue, tempeture room warm all the time.
