"Location, property, staff all genuinely excellent. I mean all staff are excellent - front desk, cleaning, restaurant, security, gardening staff, pool staff all working very hard in the heat to make your stay enjoyable. I am an old fashioned person, but I think the pajamas uniform are a nice touch 😊 The restaurant staff and chef are also excellent but perhaps a little update on the menu is possible? That's really not a criticism, I just think it would make the hotel perfect- and I do set very high standards and am very fussy. However, the price that the Ozo maintains for food and beverage makes this completely acceptable.Thank you everyone , I'm definitely coming back - with friends!. Kop Khun mak kon tee rak🙏"

"The hotel was okay, and overall we had a nice experience. The housekeeping team did a great job cleaning the room every day and replenishing everything we needed. The highlight of our stay was one of the security staff members. Unfortunately, I don’t know his name, but he was not very tall and was extremely friendly and helpful. I wish I knew his name so I could mention him personally because he provides amazing service. He is working today. Every time we saw him, he would ask if we were okay and always went the extra mile whenever we had questions or needed assistance. His kindness and dedication made a positive difference to our stay. Thank you to the entire team, and especially to this wonderful security staff member for his exceptional service."

"Ink was absolutely tremendous. Fantastic server. Nobody serves tables better than Ink, believe me. She was friendly, attentive, and always right there when we needed something. The service was smooth, efficient, and done with a great attitude. She made our entire dining experience better. People are saying it's five-star service, and frankly, they're right. If you get Ink as your server, you're going to have a great time. Highly recommended!"
