"Room was clean when we got there but the bathroom didn't close. I called 3 times for the housekeeper to come to get cleans towels first I was told to take the dirty ones to the lobby and to get clean ones and then was told they would send the housekeeper she never came I called 2 hours later and was told they were sending right away and she never came I called again and was told again she was coming right now and she never showed up. Other than that our stay was great."
