"The staff is outstanding and very helpful. I enjoyed my stay. I would have rated it excellent if there was access to the lake and a tad less noisy. It was off season so I couldn’t get on the water via the hotel as it’s a private lake - who knew that was a thing?! Also, the walls are paper thin and I had noisy neighbors. I could hear every detail of the conversation in their room. I also never received the promised email receipt upon check out. "

"The staff was rude. They have no patience. They argue with you. They hang up on the phone with you. When you try to ask some questions overall behind the counter, they should not be behind the counter if they are going to act that way they canceled out my reservation while I was there because I didn’t have a credit card for $50 deposit on the room even though I paid over $160 for that room on my credit card and I had my wife go to get the room and they wouldn’t give it to her and they canceled it out and gave it to somebody else that was waiting. They suck never had that never been treated that way ever I will never stay there again, and I will tell every friend that I know that don’t stay there because the people that work there are rude when I asked about getting my refund cause they canceled out my room. They said you have to go to the place that you purchased the room with and then when it gets submitted to me, I’ll see when I’m going to do it so you get a refund sounded like they was not going to do anything. The manager wasn’t there so I couldn’t even talk to the manager overall worst trip ever."

"Third floor was quiet and the breakfast was decent and different each day. The pool and spa were closed for maintenance Jan-May but were both full and lit and didn’t appear that they were being worked on. We’re from Alaska and we most likely would’ve stayed elsewhere based on that it’s plenty warm enough for us in march to hot tub. Overall this property checked all our boxes for the business we were there to take care of. Would stay again. "

"The location is not great, but the Hotel is connected to a cute little diner open for breakfast and lunch. The room was modern and clean, with good A/C, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, hairdryer, etc. This is not the Four Seasons, but for the price of the room, you get a great deal. Plenty of free parking. The biggest negative is that it is on a busy road with large trucks all night."

"Wow just wow. Not expecting this hotel to be one of the best places i stayed. I never stayed at a holiday inn before but i definitely will again. Nice, clean, friendly, and they treat the guest well with a nice breakfast to send you off. "
