"This property is old and needs better maintenance. Lawn wasn't mowed, old furniture, hard bed, the mini fridge was ancient and hard to open, very noisy with highway nearby. I wouldn't stay here again."

"While staff were respectful, the desk manager absolutely refused to budge on a deposit fee. I understand that they have policies, but the entire conversation was purely transactional, not customer oriented. I had forgotten about the deposit fee and had spent essentially my last dollar to bring my fiance in from an 11 hour road trip. I hadn’t seen her in months. The desk manager refused to let me speak to the property manager to explain our situation, stating to either pay the deposit or cancel. I explained respectfully that if we cancelled, she would be effectively homeless for the weekend, to which he stated he didn’t care, I either pay the deposit or cancel the reservation (with no guarantee I’d even get my deposit back). After my fiance drove 11 hours, we had to pool together what little money we had and contact friends to just cover the deposit. All that for a run down, mediocre establishment that smelled of weed, scuff marks all over the floor and walls, stained sheets, and what literally looked to be a bullet hole in the glass window with tape over it. If its between this and another hotel $10 more, just pay the slight premium and go somewhere else."

"No Kleenex in bathroom and no exhaust fan Breakfast was not bad but not enough seats for the whole hotel Ran out of items faster because of so many people ( a baseball team of high schools). Lady filling breakfast stuff complained to me that the team came down to early and I was thinking I did not think they needed permission to eat "
