The hotel was great right from the start. The front desk always had someone available whenever I had a question, and both check-in and check-out were very easy and efficient. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a direct message from the concierge service checking in to see how everything was going and whether we were settling in well — that extra touch felt incredible and very thoughtful. The room was clean, and having a suite with a separate living space allowed the kids to stay on their own schedule and go to bed at the right time, while my husband and I were able to enjoy some quality time together. The pool was the biggest hit with our children — it was warm, which made it even better, and they absolutely loved it. Breakfast offered great options for all of us, including healthy choices, which we really appreciated.

A Pleasant Stay

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I especially appreciated the accesible shower. Our family enjoyed the large, warm, indoor pool and the buffet breakfast. The breakfast had an extensive variety of choices, including dairy free options. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.
