The concierge was top quality and addressed my concerns and needs right away. We ended up with a glorious room hidden away from hockey teams. For this hotel, important to call ahead to see if any hockey teams are staying that weekend. They will make or break your weekend if you are looking for somewhere quiet to de-stress. Amazing breakfast and restaurant staff. Top of the line in professionalism of hospitality and customer service. Best experience ever this weekend. Always a great stay here. Rooms are a little dated, however the pool and hot tub are the reasons we continue to come back! Staff are friendly and everything is really clean! We enjoy the complimentary breakfast too!

Hotel room was huge. On-site restaurant food and staff was great! Super convenient to be able to walk down to eat with my family. The free breakfast buffet was great! We were there for a swim meet, so it made it very simple to grab something to eat before leaving.

We were in the newer, and quiet zone during a hockey tournament, so that was nice. Although we were in the wrong room, expedia pulled through on customer service after some push back on our end. But, other family however was in older section, low # rooms. Their beds were hard, and their patio door didnt close correctly, being winter, cold air was coming in. Staff were friendly, buffet, not bad, but was way better 2yrs ago when we stayed here.

we were in town for a family event and stayed at the property for 1 night. we picked the hotel because of the family friendly room. Our check in process was very good and the team at the front desk was quick, very polite, and helped us out with the best parking location (based on our room) and laying out the amenities of the property. Later that evening we needed some help from the front desk and even though it wasnt a typical request, the front desk team went above and beyond and made sure to help us out. All of the people who worked there (that we talked with) displayed excellent customer service and seemed genuinely concerned with making sure we were taken care of.
