"着いた早々、エアコンから、ホコリが飛び散っていたので、フィルター外したらホコリでフィルターの役目をしてなかった。直ぐに掃除をして綺麗にした。洗濯機にはシーツとタオルが突っ込まれていて、気持ち悪いからタオル類は買って使った。写真と全然違うのでガックリした。"

"優點：床算乾淨但偏軟，餐桌美麗椅子好坐，空間寬敞
缺點：房間在四樓沒電梯旅程最後一天入住會很辛苦，淋浴間地板看起來像發霉，天花板有個詭異的天窗，況且只有一盞很暗的燈照明，廁所洗手台有髒污像沒清理，外面洗手檯櫃子上方很厚的灰塵，最扯是吹風機，出來的風是溫的，吹30分鐘不會乾，且沒有任何標示感覺像玩具，房間地板一堆延長線，房間有股霉味，小朋友過敏一進房間狂打噴嚏….整體來說像是臨時借助在別人房子裡，是我出國旅遊住宿體驗最差的一次

"Orbitz didn't specify that the room I booked was for male only. So upon the check in, they said I had to get the only available room which was smoking room and paid more. Felt like got ripped off because Orbitz already used all of my Orbitz bucks on this reservation.
The hotel is more like apartment building located FAR from central Tokyo. Exactly 1 hour from Shibuya station. It's close to Aoto station, which runs by other company that is not Toei Subway or JR, so ended up paying more for train...
