"The hotel is really good, but what I liked the most was the warm and friendly attitude of the staff. Elena and Marjan from the welcome desk, and Vasilina made our stay so comfortable and pleasant. "Lovely hotel right in the heart of the beautiful town of Hersbruck. We stayed one night with our dog and felt really welcome. The dog bowl and treats in our room was a lovely touch we've not seen in other chain hotels. Loads of options for eating out nearby. A great place to stay :)"
