Excellent hotel was clean and comfortable - great breakfast and helpful staff. It was so clean, felt like a brand new hotel. Only issue was not enough staff when checking in and out ! Overall a great stay for 2 nights, plus the hotel was only a short walk to Erlangen centre.

Night portier didn’t do anything to ask the other guest to move their EV cars even though it is their policy at the hotel that when the car is 100% charged you have to move your car. We came in late afternoon and needed to charge. Two cars was fully charged in the afternoon and was still parked at the charging space in the morning. 😡staff both night and morning was totally not able to help in any way👏👎

The room was clean, cozy and inviting. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and professional. The breakfast was absolutely amazing every day. We can't complain about anything. We recommended staying there if you're looking for a hotel close to down town Erlangen. Super close to all the shopping and dining that you could possibly ask for. Overall amazing time! They even have an opportunity to earn a free drink.

We were not told that asking for a quiet room to the inner court would up the room prize by 5,- EUR. Why not? We did consider this rather unkind when paying our bill this morning. Best regards

Das Personal war freundlich und das Frühstück war gut. Im Zimmer hat leider die gesamte Zeit etwas gezischt. Bei der Buchung hat es geheißen dass kostenlose Parkplätze zur Verfügung stehen, dem war leider nicht so.

We only stayed one night, but experience here was great. We had family and friends stay here and they recommended it and it came through. The room was bright, clean and quiet and the staff were great. We left some bags for the day while we explored Erlangen and they were super helpful with that. I also really recommend the breakfast--wow, we almost skipped lunch after such a good breakfast. The hotel is maybe a 10-15 minute walk to the train station (pulling suitcases) or there are taxis available.
