The room was decorated with a nice urban style and the size was also decent. It's location in walking distance to the old town and by the train station makes it also very attractive. The shower was awful. The separation glass was so short that you would end up with a half flooded bathroom everytime somebody showers. The shower head was not very suitable for its purpose either. And the staff that checked us in seemed to be kind of untrained. We came by car and they let us in the garage without telling us that there was an extra daily charge for it nor updating our room cards. The next evening therefore we could not get into the garage (because of the not updated cards) and the staff that was there that day (a different person) let us know that we cannot get in because we had not booked nor paid for it... We would have done it the first day of course if we had been informed about it.

Ein sehr schön Designtest Hotel, gute teils kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten in nächster Nähe. Personal sehr freundlich. Unser erstes Frühstück war leider eine Katastrophe, das Buffet war kompl. leergefegt, Frühstückszeit war noch eine gute Std., erst nach direktem Hinweis wurde langsam aufgefüllt. Als Entschuldigung gab es am Abend ein Glas Wein gratis. Am 2. Tag war das Frühstück perfekt! Alles da, was man möchte, abwechslungsreich und lecker. Alles in allem ein tolles Hotel, top zentrale Lage. Eine klare Weiterempfehlung!

Only issues for hotel

Our stay was very nice, with only 2 issues which we truly were not pleased with. Paid for parking, but they have an issue with non-payers getting into the parking garage. Therefore, no parking 2 evenings in a row. Going back & forth, checking if a space was available. This was very unfortunate. The garage has a card key entry, but another could come in right behind. The easiest way is to have someone come thru hotel lobby, push the garage level button, without needing a card entry. Then person can get downstairs and open the garage door from downstairs. Frustrating for sure. The other issue, much less frustrating, no coffee ability in the room. Staff members were very nice, except for one who chose to count his cash box instead of trying to help with our parking situation.

Zimmer sind sehr groß, modern und alles sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Lobby mit tischfußball und Automaten sehr schön. Einzig der fehlende Kleiderschrank (es gibt nur Kleiderbügel an einer "Leine" neben dem Bett ist für längere Aufenthalte unpraktisch. Kosten für einen Hund mit 25 Euro knackig.
