"It is a beautiful hotel. Check in was easy. Staff were friendly and kind. Someone offered to help me with my bags. I declined. I went to my room. There was a black pearl type button from the previous guests clothing on the ground by the closet when I went in. The room was okay. Not small but definitely not the biggest room I’ve had. It was a basic. Nice room. Nothing fancy. There was a long black hair by one of the folded towels on the shelf letting me know they didn’t exchange the towels and wipe the shelf down (I used to clean homes) The room had a bar fridge and complimentary water bottles which was nice. The roof top pool is only by appointment and you are only allowed 2 hours for the day. It gets booked and your time slot might not be available. I found this misleading as I booked this hotel with intention to be poolside for the day as I am a solo traveller. There were a lot of kids doing cannonballs and splashing and after getting my hair done it wasn’t the vibe I was going for. I wish they had a kids only pool. I loved the gym. It is the best hotel gym I have ever seen. It has tennis and squash courts. A hot yoga studio and of course gym equipment! There is a pro shop that sells lululemon if you have forgetten anything at home. If you’re craving Starbucks they have it right there for you too. The only downside to the gym is the sign on the wall for the indoor pool that does not exist. I did research and found out it was a zoning issue. However it is not hard to"

"The staff was very friendly. I was checked in by Tajar. Hilton could not have a better employee. He was super helpful, super friendly , extremely personable. In short, a great first encounter.the waiters in the Hemispheres restaurant were very accommodating to my dietary requests. The only weak point in the hotel were the elevators. The wait for elevators wa inexcusably long."

"Property was on point. Very nice and clean. The view was the best part of this place. We wished we had more time there but staff wasn’t flexible and wanted us to pay for extra $40. They didn’t even care that we got there very late even tho I explained it to them before getting there."
