Very friendly front desk staff. Our room was very clean and comfortable. For us it is a great price for what we need the accommodation for, close to family in Kingston and the Casino for a little weekend getaway.

We spent 1 night and wish we could of stayed more. The guy at the front desk was very kind and helpfully. Really enjoyed our night there and the jet tub was a bonus and relaxing! We will 100% be coming back to stay the more then 1 night. . The lobby was clean and smelt amazing. Wish i could give this more then 5 stars!!

Room was clean , internet worked well , tv channels good .. breakfast was just ok but breakfast room very dirty .. obviously had not been cleaned in awhile, fresh apples and oranges old and weathered not edible, garbage can swing lid disgustingly dirty , Fruit juice machine not working, 4 people having breakfast and only 10 soft boiled eggs .. we consumed them and no staff present checking on food and replenishing .

We have been staying here for over 40 years have never had a bad experience, it is so affordable, rooms are clean, shower is great. Love the decks of the rooms so spacious. Check in an out were fast and efficient.
