Great place to stay. Only "but" is that they lack staff at the restaurant. Service took forever and food was not the best.
Great options around for food.
Staff at the hotel is super friendly 👌. We had a great time there
Room was clean, spacious, and well appointed. Bathroom products were natural which was a nice touch. Added on the breakfast and it was an excellent value. Hotel was busy but rooms were quiet. Booked due to convenient location, walking distance to many attractions but hotel itself was also a lovely stay.
Very well located. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The restaurant offered delicious food, and the service was excellent. We didn’t need to use our car at all, since everything was within walking distance.
Nicely renovated hotel and the beds and pillows were super comfortable. It was very clean as well. My only complaint is the parking was too expensive.

Very nice hotel great location. Undergoing construction in the parking area and elevator was not working however the staff comped us for parking and upgraded room. Very satisfied!
Exceptional experience. The property and the amenities were top notch. I also can’t say enough about the staff - friendly and super helpful. This was our second stay and we’ll be back many more times.
This is a lovely, recently-renovated hotel in the middle of downtown Kingston. Near lots of restaurants. Rooms have a fridge and coffee maker, which is nice. Our room had a balcony and great view of City Hall and the water. There is parking, for a fee, in the building, and also Sunday and overnight street parking, and local pay-parking lots nearby.
We were pleasantly surprised about our stay at Kingston Marriott. I had read some reviews about it being noisy and rooms that were not well maintained. The room we were in had been updated fairly recently and it was quiet, clean and fairly spacious (King Standard room). It was raining so we weren’t able to enjoy the patio space (looked nice) - however, we had a nice dinner at the restaurant. Servers were friendly and the food was very good. The location is close to interesting shops and restaurants. Overall, a very nice stay.
All was great but there was no hot water so we had to take cold showers. Brittany at front desk was phenomenal and made up for the issue but the actual maintenance mgr who we ran into in the elevator on our way out was useless.
Will stay there again this was a one off.
