"The staff (all of them) are exceptional. They are polite, very efficient and extremely friendly. The hotel is very clean, and our room was lovely. This hotel is very close to Watford Junction and The Harry Potter Studios Tour shuttle bus. I’d say between a two to five minute walk. There is a fabulous shopping mall in the town centre, due to the weather we got a taxi both ways and it was only £5-£6 each way depending on the traffic. It’s easily walkable though. We dined in the restaurant in the evening and the food was piping hot and very tasty. I recommend this hotel very highly. Thank you for a perfect stay. "

He answered all my questions with a smile and ensured I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. At the bar, Belle and Ashwin were absolutely wonderful. They were friendly, attentive, and made the bar feel like a relaxed, welcoming place to unwind after a long day. Their service was top-notch, and their warm personalities really stood out. Overall, a great stay made even better by the amazing team. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in Watford! "
