"We spent three nights at St. Athans Hotel in mid-July and quite enjoyed our stay! The property is exactly as advertised on the website, nothing fancy but just what you need at a hotel.
We stayed in a top floor double room and utilized the shared bathrooms. The stairs were steep to get to the top floor, but once there, the bathrooms were located very close to the room. Everything was very clean and tidy throughout the hotel. While the room was small, it had a sink in the bedroom which was a nice touch. It was quite hot while we were in London, but the room had a fan and since we were on the top floor we were comfortable leaving the window open to get some cooler air overnight.
The location of St. Athans is excellent as it is very close to both the Russel Square Underground station and the Kings Cross/St Pancras Train/Underground stations. It was an easy walk to the British Museum and Postal Museum (both highly recommended). There were many unique restaurants around as well and was a nice area to wander. We would for sure stay at St. Athans Hotel again."
