"Modern hotel. Premium family room was lovely. The bed is huge and comfortable. We all had a good night's sleep. The view out the window was skips of rubbish, which wasn't the nicest especially with workmen outside smoking everytime we looked. But the room itself was great. Buffet breakfast was nice: really good selection and fresh food (eg, the pastries were warm and eggs replenished quickly). Slight negative was when we arrived i was told that I had only paid for 1 breakfast and only 1 child could eat free. I explained that I clicked the "add breakfast" option and there was nowhere to specifiy how many people that was for. I expected that as I had stated how many people were staying then the cost would include everyone. I was told "this one time" I would be given a breakfast for both children. It just felt a little uncomfortable at check-in, like I had done something wrong/was trying to scam them. I explained again that the option was "add breakfast" and it didnt specify how many that was for (of course I would include everyone!)but I got the impression she didnt believe this. Other than that, the stay was nice. We did all get breakfast , it just wasnt the friendly welcome I expected."
