"Very good location for Kings Cross and the Euro Star."

"We had a basement room during our stay. The room was very humid without working AC. There was a little heating radiator that you could adjust. The washroom was divided into two rooms-a shower and a toilet. Both had sinks but the one with a shower was missing a mirror. Very noisy. And I mean it. You could hear everyone walking above you. Taking the stairs up and down. You could hear a train noise coming from the underground as well. Doesn’t meet the value for the price. "

"Having stayed here in November, the fact that we rebooked meant we were happy with what this hotel provided at London prices. Everything was fine during our overnight stay before catching Eurostar the next morning. The only issue we had really was the floor numbering in the lift!"

"I'm a world traveler, traveled for the best part of the last 30 years. My girlfriend and I picked this hotel mainly for the location. One of the most uncomfortable rooms I've stayed in. to small to fit 2 people, I ended up sleeping on the floor due to the size of the bed. even the shared amenities where way to small, almost impossible to shower properly. Value for money was not even close. I'd advice to stay away Location was great staff was friendly"

"Clean room and bigger than expected. Air conditioning and fridge also very useful. Check-in and out was quick. Location excellent for all rail services and choice of places to eat"

"Only reason gets one star is due to location, very well situated for St Pancras and King's Cross. Other than that no other good points. Appreciate Georgian building so difficult to do anything about room size, however everything is extremely basic, bed not comfortable for couple, carpets felt grimy so never removed socks. No USB points. Bathroom had awful smell and some form of beetle ran across the floor. We did not feel comfortable using the shower the next morning. Only stayed one night but even with location would never return. Very expensive for an uncomfortable stay."
