"A less than five star for this stay as I had a silly runaround to get a receipt for my stay and the wrong card was charged. When you book ‘pay at property’, beware because what this actually means is that they charge the card used to guarantee the room automatically, on the day of arrival, so you do not have the opportunity to pay at the property with a different card if you chose to do so, nor to arrange an emailed invoice. Should be a much simpler process and less hassle for guests. It’s slightly putting me off staying again, to be honest."

"Great hotel for the price. Location is excellent. The hotel is funky because it's spread across 6 non-contiguous townhouses. My king room was very clean and quiet, and the air conditioning/ heat was great. The bed was comfortable and the room was relatively large. Downside is that they clean the rooms every other day and there was no desk to sit at, chair or bench to sit on or a place to put your suitcase (besides on the floor). I spent 6 nights there so it was problematic for me when I wanted to do work on my laptop. The room could have used some touch up painting and re-caulking. Staff is very friendly and nice. There is a lift."

"Room was basic had no amenities such as tea or coffee, the room was dated with a very small tv and furniture falling apart the beds were very hard no ventilation either "

"Lovely staff, very clean hotel, however the Twin room was a disappointment. The shower head was broken, one of the towels had faded stains on it, and a shelf was broken."
