"The service was exceptional, with very attentive and welcoming staff. The property is clean and extremely well maintained. One of the highlights for us was the pool area: excellent service, a very large pool with two waterslides, plus two additional adults-only pools. A shuttle service to the beach is provided, and there is also an on-site water taxi pier (#5), which made it easy and enjoyable to explore the surrounding areas. The food was excellent as well. We will definitely be returning!"

"Great resort, loved the pool, music by the pool, pool bar, restaurants, large rooms, and the staff. They could not be more accommodating! The rooms are a little outdated, so is the inside restaurant and inside bar. Not a problem at all, just could use a refresh. My one and only complaint is the cost for everything. The place is a fortune, and you still have to pay for chairs on the beach which is ridiculous. I would love to go back, but at $800 a night, it's not likely. "

"Ocean view was great... beautiful suite. Excellent pool vibe, loved the grill and DJ. Only negative is they need more pool chairs and umbrellas at the beach. We were not able to secure an umbrella on the beach. Kevan was excellent on check in. "

"For the amount of money that we paid for this hotel it was horrible the room was not completely clean it looked very outdated the staff was not very friendly upon checking in at 11:30 there was no facilities to get food or water at that time"

"Beautiful property but my room was right above the train tracks! The trains kept honking all night every time they drove by - it totally disrupted my sleep. I’d recommend supplying earplugs in the future. "
