"Stayed here overnight for a birthday event and had dinner at their restaurant Mamacita’s as well. Service was overall good, the room was clean, AC worked perfectly. The rooftop bar area/pool scene is moderately classy but mellow at the same time and service there was awesome-we ordered champagne. They wanted to charge me for parking again upon checkout (parking attendant) even though I paid for it when I arrived. Included VIP parking for hotel guests and a small fridge in rooms would make this a perfect stay. The eclectic vibe and proximity to bars and restaurants is a big plus. "

"Rented a Junior suite and upon arriving the toilet upon first use did not want to flush properly… as the day went on it became clogged twice and maintenance attempted to fix it twice but failed as it became clogged a third time. Calling the front desk yet again they stated the maintenance guy was gone for the day. They didn’t offer another room till I finally called and complained and they said they were booked and said if they moved us to a king suite they would have to charge us again. Which didn’t make sense to me having to pay for an additional room when the room we paid for was unusable without a working toilet. They didn’t offer a refund or any help at all! "

"This was a nice hotel. We did have a bit of an odd experience. My husband encountered an incredibly drunk individual directly off the elevator on our floor at about 10 - 10:30 at night. This person wasn’t staying at the hotel, but apparently came to the hotel to go to the bar that is on the rooftop. He was so drunk, he was unconscious, so my husband called hotel staff, who contacted 911. It wasn’t a great situation as he was throwing up all over the place, and in and out of consciousness. They ended up taking the man to the hospital. My husband stayed during the whole thing. They took my husband’s information, but we never heard from hotel staff to apologize, or thank him for finding this guy. Very odd. I’m not sure I was say this is a family friendly hotel. At the pool, we encountered folks vaping, drinking, and scantily clad. If I ever return to El Paso, I would probably look elsewhere. Breakfast isn’t included, and there isn’t much in terms of stores around the hotel. Overall, the staff was great and friendly, just not sure it was what I was expecting. "

"The check-in process was seamless and the host was communicative. The property has a lot of character and style, but it is in definite need of upgrades. There was peeling paint on the ceilings and walls and in the claw-foot tub. The toilet paper holder had fallen off the wall and not been repaired, etc. There was garbage just inside the front gate. And some basic amenities would have been welcome. There were no paper towels or napkins in the kitchen, and there was a keurig machine but no pods. "
