I love this place. All the beautiful old buildings. Best of all, the staff was very helpful and all the people were so nice, that includes the staff, guests, even people on the street. El Paso is the best city ever. I can’t wait to bring friends.

We loved our room! Super clean, building has lots of character. Staff at front desk was not the most helpful when it came to check in. They did not acknowledge me when I came up to the desk. There was miscommunication with the valet set up and my husband ended up paying the driver but we were charged on our card. We did our research before hand so we were aware of checkout times and the accommodations/amenities but they did not share any of this at checkout. We ended up grabbing drinks down the street but had our check in experience up to expectations with the rest of the hotel we wouldn’t spent our evening here. Regardless, we were happy with our stay for our short time in El Paso and would stay again. Very convenient location, super comfortable stay. Check out was smooth and friendly.

Great stay

Stayed overnight on our roadtrip through texas. Friendly staff, cute lobby with a bar and activities like puting green, mini basketball, lawn jenga, and pool table. They have an outside patio as well. Room was clean and updated. In the heart of downtown area with bars and restaurants.

Nice modern location the staff was friendly and helpful. There is a lot of choices to chose from for eating near the location and its walkable. Parking was a little difficult i did not do valet parking so that i was the only issue.
