"The room was nice. The refrigerator would not close unless you pushed it closed. The chair in the room had shredded corners and the dishwasher had water in the bottom of it which appeared to drip out on the floor (we had water in the floor). It was quiet. Breakfast was fine and kept clean, wiped up from messy people and kept refilled. The ladies working the kitchen did a great job. The young lady at the front desk was awesome. The hot tub and pool were closed and we were hoping to relax in the hot tub. "

"Beautiful, historic hotel that is very convenient to many attractions. The indoor pool is great for kids and having a Starbucks in the hotel was a plus. "

"Clean hotel, room. Parking for check in is small & stressful. Front staff was a little hateful & dismissive. "

"Well, first reason I'm giving a 3 star is there is a Valet charge to park in the hotel garage, $25 a night, I felt blindsided by this. You can park on the street and risk getting your vehicle broken into. 2nd reason the "breakfast" is not free its $20 a person and not worth it! "

"Loved the area of this hotel, super walkable. The staff was professional and super friendly especially Aaron and Sunny at the front desk. Will definitely stay here next time we’re in Chattanooga! Oh and our dogs loved it too. They had a dog walk out back with bags and grass. Thank you! "
