Overall great stay. Only negative was a rumbling noise when we tried to get to sleep the first night. We were on the top floor so may have been an a/c unit or something on the roof. Parking was great and breakfast was good.

The front desk staff was amazing, from the time I checked in to checking on me throughout my staff to addressing and accommodating any questions or concerns I had. Breakfast could have been a little better, but overall, not bad. Moreover, the location of the hotel is excellent. I will definitely be staying again.

The arm of thr chair was broken and just stuck back on. Our almost 2 yr old went to get in it and fell due to the arm just coming off. It scraped her. The fridge was leaking some bad water. The furniture was completely torn and outdated badly. The door that closes going to the bedroom got stuck closing me and my daughter in. My hisband had to get a butter knife to get us out. But the manager and staff were completely wonderful. They moved us rooms with an upgrade and a huge discount on another night.

Staff is fantastic and very helpful. Breakfast was great! We did have an issue with our room (pull out couch wouldnt pull out properly) and were moved to a different one without any issue. The pool was great but the hot tub had just been fixed for the first time in a while so it was quite cold but that was no fault of the hotel.

The property was okay for what we paid. Internet was down when we arrived so we couldn't check in for 3 hours (7:00 pm when we arrived at 4:00) due to a severe storm so we received a $20/night discount. Our room had very warn furniture in the sitting area and was not comfortable. The bed was rather hard which was not good for my back so not restful for me personally. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was descent. Overall it was fair place to stay.

Great location a few blocks from some cool bars and close uber to others. Great reception certain nights with complimentary small meal and wine and beer. Very good complete breakfast buffet. Great staff, very clean. Note that there is a parking fee which seems to be common in the downtown area. Close walk to The Choo Choo and main area! Close drive to many other attractions!

Staff so supportive and kind understanding I was in Chattanooga for medical emergency. Breakfast great, free laundromat, towels as needed except once, building and interior very dated. They should do a remodel it’s a great walking downtown location!
