I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I am very picky about where I lay my head, and this hotel met my standards. The room was nice and cozy. The staff was friendly, and the location was perfect. Not to mention, the indoor pool and buffet breakfast were a plus. This will definitely be my go-to if I am in Chattanooga again.

Everything was excellent. We were so impressed by the breakfast each day. It was a full breakfast bar and cafeteria area. Not just continental breakfast. At night they had happy hour at the bar where they give you tokens upon check-in for free drinks. The hotel was very clean and staff were very nice as well.

This was our first hotel stay with our 8-month old and we had a great time! We appreciated how much space there was for her to move around and how clean it was. The valet attendants were friendly and the location of the hotel was SO convenient. It’s only a few minutes from the aquarium, Creative Discovery Museum, and riverwalk area. We will definitely stay again next time we’re in Chattanooga!

Very woll pleased with staff especially Lyric the 1st shift front desk clerk. The gentleman who also worked the front desk were very uobeat andxexcied about myvdaughters suprise birthday party. The fruit platter that was ordered from Embassy was great. The rooms are much smaller and breakfast buffet was much smaller than thexEmbassy we stayed out on Shallowford rd location, Atlanta, Nashville and Chicago...over all great visit.

Eating breakfast while we watched the sunrise was unforgettable. The entire hotel smells great, like a spa. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms and property was spotless. The one drawback is the pool area. It’s a little snug in terms of available seating, and towels were an issue.

The hotel is clean and renovated. Rooms were spotless and smelled nice. The only downsides we found were having to pay for valet and our overhead lights would not turn on in the room, but not a big deal. The pool was nice and clean and offered a bathroom if needed. Breakfast was delicious, offering an omlette bar. Staff were all kind and helpful.
