"Beautiful property. Welcoming and kind staff, many amenities. Location is great. Rooms were excellent. Breakfast each day offered something for everyone. So many options to choose from. Jude at front desk was so helpful. Frank and Jean Pierre at the main bar went above and beyond! Cecile and the rest of the staff in the Executive Lounge were an amazing. Cecile, especially, made it a point to welcome us and offer suggestions for sites to visit. She made sure we felt at home! Vianney was also extremely helpful and accommodating, while we waited to depart for the airport. Thank you for a beautiful end to an amazing vacation!"

"Despite me following up several times prior to arrival to ensure everything was in order, hotel staff did not seem to be aware I was coming. Clerk at reception told me I needed to pay immediately and also pay an additional amount for my wife. She was expressing an unusual and strange urgency regarding this while I got my documents out proving to her that I had already paid in full for two guests via Hotels.com. This exchange set the tone and made me uncomfortable. Room was not tidy upon arrival and lacked towels and toilet paper. They did end up cleaning the room properly on the second day. I think overall this may have been a decent hotel pre pandemic but they no longer seem to have any idea of how to run a hotel unfortunately."
