"Great experience checking in. The young lady was extremely cordial and pleasant to deal with. Prompt and efficient. Room was clean and comfortable. I ending up checking out a couple of hours after checking due to no fault of the hotel. I ended up meeting and staying with friends. I will definitely stay here again on another adventure to Prescott!"

"THE GOOD: Quiet and set back from the main road, mature trees and lovely flower beds, nice communal areas (a piano player was there Sunday), great hot breakfast, friendly staff, terrific pool area, walking distance to some restaurants. THE BAD: Bathroom fan cover was coated with dust; some bed pillows were quite old (one had a few blood spots!) and need to be tossed, lobby upstairs carpet is stained. A special shout-out to Pamela and Naomi at the front desk - you made me feel welcome and seen."
