"Hello,
We actually was not happy with our stay.
We expect far more for the price we payed.
The check In process was horrible.. We stand 1 Hour with our 2 Kids in car because she can‘t find us in system and so she ignor us.
The overall condition of the house was very bad.
The whole Appartement smells bad. Specially the Bathrooms smell horrible. It is disgusting. We didnt dare to go to the pool because the water system smells horrible.
Furthermore there are small ants everywhere in the house....

"Our honeymoon at Robinsons Khao Lak was truly spectacular! Everything exceeded our expectations, from the resort facilities and the food to the exceptional friendliness of the staff. Thank you for making our trip so special and memorable.
Although we came as a couple this time, we are already planning to return with our entire family in the future. We are sure our family would have an equally wonderful time here!
The only small issue we encountered was that it was quite difficult to get a Bolt taxi around the resort area, which made transportation challenging at times. If this minor inconvenience could be addressed, this resort would be absolutely perfect."
