"Average. Staff was not as kind and attentive as we have experienced at other hotels in Thailand. The hotel is a bit worn down. Few people at the hotel, which was quite nice. We had the pool to our self most days. Sunbeds could use an upgrade! Located a bit far from the “centre” of bang niang. Would have preferred to stay closer to the centre/bang niang marked as we did not use the beach at all (not a good beach - took a tuk tuk to coconut beach instead). "
