"I'm a regular traveler from Australia. 5th time to Vietnam. Wish I knew about Delasea on prior trips. 5 star hotel with 5 star service. Every single staff member is polite and goes out of their way for every request. I booked 5 nights and by my 4th day they remembered my room number at breakfast,the type of eggs I like and had my hot chocolate made for me cafe quality. All brought to my table. Find a hair dresser or store, call your airline, book a transfer to the airport, share vietnamese words, and have a chat, all no problems for the staff. Vietnamese people are friendly and give good service but this place is outstanding and only matched by places like Shangrila Resorts from my 64 countries travelled to date. Cleaners, door men, breakfast staff, and reception all friendly. So happy I booked an additional 5 nights here and upgraded my room as a treat to myself. Room is a great size and you can fit 4 people in the shower its that big. Special mention to: * Mr Tung in food and beverage who was so welcoming every day. Nothing was too much for him. Made me feel like a local. A true gentleman. * Mrs Bich at guest services. She took care of my room requests, hairdresser tips, taxi booking issues, and was generally a beautiful person to talk to. * Mr Duc Anh was a ray of sunshine. Cheered me up everytime I spoke to him. Also helped me on many occassion. Long review, but for a reason. Keep up the great job guys. I'll be back again."

"Staff was great and very helpful. Room was nice. In house restaurant was fantastic. Only problem I had was unfortunately my trip was cut short and they wouldn’t refund any money for the two nights I lost. And it’s there slow season so it’s not like they didn’t have time to rebook the room. More than Half the rooms are vacant. "

"My friend and I did a 3D2N stay on the Capella Cruise and they certainly didn’t disappoint! Their service was excellent throughout our stay, and we’d love to give special mentions to Tom (Cruise Manager), Tracy, Anna, the gentleman at the reception and cooking demo (forgot his name, sorry!), Ahn from the F&B crew, and the boys at squid fishing. What truly stood out was when I left my backpack at the pier and only realized it after arriving in Hanoi. I was panicking, but their customer service team responded promptly and kept me updated until my backpack arrived safely at my hotel reception. I’m so grateful for their help! Thank you very much for the wonderful hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with the Capella crew and hope to be back again!"

"The staff and wonderful and kind. They ensured we had a room with both balcony and bathtub, a lovely large comfy room. The location is good to the clubs, market and many shops and restaurants. The showers were exceptional with super hot water and great pressure. The breakfast was a great value with many options. The bed was a proper king and the blackout curtains did just thay. The only the only thing i would recommend is to add chairs to the balcony and teach the bartenders how to pour a drink with more than 20 ml of liquor. Recommend. blackput curtains did exactly that.
