Photos were much better than the hotel. A bit run down but considering the clientele, it makes sense. The staff were very professional when a group of boys came and started being loud and disrespectful to the staff. The hotel is Very close to platinum mall. Tea coffee water available free of charge. Toothbrush was not offered. Breakfast mostly catered for certain clientele but overall okay.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were genuinely friendly, warm, and always helpful throughout our visit. A very thoughtful touch was the free tuk-tuk ride to the nearest BTS, which made getting around so convenient.
What truly touched us was that without us informing the hotel about my daughter’s birthday, they surprised us by sending a slice of cake to our room with a handwritten birthday card. It was such a thoughtful and personal gesture that made our stay extra special.
This level of care and attention really stood out. We felt very well looked after and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended.
