"This place was really nice. It was very clean and quiet. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the outdoor pools, food and bar. There is lots of activities outside to do with your family and friends. We didn’t have a problem at all while we stayed there. I would definitely stay there again if we go back to Key West. This is the best place I have stayed at."

"We had a wonderful stay at La Concha Hotel in Key West! The location on Duval Street was one of the biggest highlights..it was within perfect walking distance of so many of Key West’s attractions, restaurants, bars, and things to do, which made exploring the area incredibly convenient. Having onsite parking was also a huge benefit, especially in Key West where parking can be difficult to find. The hotel bar was excellent, and the staff throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Overall, La Concha was a great choice for a Key West stay, especially if you want to be right in the heart of everything!"

"Best customer service I ever had at a hotel. They have someone you can text for any needs and they answer right away. Rooms were nice only complaint about the room was the shower seemed to use to have a sliding glass door but it must of broke because they had a shower curtain there instead. Great other than that tho"

"Honest Review: Overall, the room was nice, and the location of our room was a huge plus—we were just steps away from the pool. Having the shuttle available to take us from the hotel to Old Town Key West was also very convenient. The restaurant, Town & Tavern, was delicious, and the water was beautiful. My biggest negative was definitely the staff. Unfortunately, they were not very friendly or welcoming. Almost every time we approached the front desk, the employees were on their phones, which came across as very unprofessional. Having worked in customer service for over 10 years, I definitely feel there is room for improvement when it comes to hospitality and making guests feel welcome. For the price, I also felt the hotel was overpriced for the overall experience. While there were definitely some things we enjoyed, would I stay here again? Probably not."

"Room was ok only, AC had issues and location was difficult. There were upgraded rooms available but the charges didn’t make any sense, $50 a night for a room the same size but a slightly better location. Beach area was nice, location is great, Beach attendant couldn’t be bothered to help guests, Food servers never picked up after serving which left the birds to clean off the plates. You get the idea, great location not so great service."
