We had a great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The pool area was one of our favorite parts—relaxing, well-maintained, and perfect to unwind. The property also felt very welcoming and had a nice atmosphere overall. The only downside was that sometimes people were speaking loudly in the hallways, which could be a bit disruptive when trying to rest. Other than that, everything was excellent and we would definitely stay here again!

Staff was great! Very helpful. The shuttle service was fantastic-a great way to get around the island w/o worrying about anything. Plus, it’s great not being in the middle of everything when you want to sleep. Pool was clean & heated…overall awesome stay. When we go back to Ket West we will definitely stay here again
