The location is excellent- everything is walkable. The overall condition of hotel in general is fine, the room is a little tired and needs an update. Not five dtars due to tired room. Staff were excellent.

The staff was very friendly. Shop closes way too early and they allow kids with noodles/floaties and toys in the hot tub.

Location location location is why u stay here. Walking distance to everything, 40 spot for parking is a bit steep but had a great stay. We would stay there again.

The hotel is right on the beach, had all the amenities and walking distance from Duvall street and Mallory square. Sunsets were beautiful
