"The property is nothing like depicted on Expedia or any other travel site. It is misleading. The facilities are less than average. Everything is old and falling apart. The bathroom we had clearly hasn’t been updated in decades. While the room was an acceptable size, the wardrobe was small, very old and had doors that didn’t close. The pool is small, dingy and dirty. The provided breakfast was disappointing. The location is a 15 minute walk from Duval Street which is the main drag of the area. Despite reading many online complaints about parking, there is a large garage nearby which is very convenient. "

"I liked the location. But the hotel Manager was very insensitive to the fact that our hot water was not working and wifi was in and out - mainly out. When I approached the manager he was not very focused on making us happy or reimbursing us for the 1 night of cold water and no wifi. I emailed the owners of this hotel and they did not even respond. Pretty bad customer care. I "

"Excellent location! A few blocks from the Historic Seaport boardwalk & Duval Street with loads of restaurants, bars, music, attractions, and shopping...all within walking distance. There's a great grocery store about 2 blocks down the street. The 2 pools are refreshing, with plenty of area for sunbathing and shade, with a cute bar and great drinks! The staff is the absolute BEST!! We have stayed 3 times in 1 year, and will definitely return. "
