"Wonderful experience at Winslows! The staff were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay with providing recommendations on where to go, eat, etc. We really enjoyed our room as well, it was the bungalow as far away from the front desk as possible and was so private! We can’t wait to return!"

Love the idea of the snack station /drink station. Really lovely touch. Breakfast all cooked fresh and plentiful. Thank you would definitely recommend and study again if we were visiting the keys . "I liked the location. But the hotel Manager was very insensitive to the fact that our hot water was not working and wifi was in and out - mainly out. When I approached the manager he was not very focused on making us happy or reimbursing us for the 1 night of cold water and no wifi. I emailed the owners of this hotel and they did not even respond. Pretty bad customer care. I "

"They charge a resort fee. Their is nothing offered for the fee. You can see day light around the door.If they stick you in room #40 you are next to the music sound coming thru the wall. At least its muffled so all you get is garage sound. Will not stay there again!!!!!!"
